Amy S. Breslin, CPA

Amy has over fifteen years of experience in accounting and financial management. She has held positions as Controller and Chief Financial Officer in the commercial finance, commercial furniture and broadcasting industries. Amy has strong analytical and organizational skills. She has special expertise in financial analysis, cash flow management, strategic planning and contract negotiation.

Amy is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from George Washington University. She is a member of the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Brian J. Young, CPA

Brian has over ten years of experience in commercial finance and accounting. He has held positions as Regional Controller, Controller, Account Executive, and Chief Operating Officer in the commercial finance and healthcare industries. Brian has strong lending and analytical skills. He has expertise in the areas of financial analysis, portfolio management, underwriting, “work-out” transactions, and forecasting. Brian also has extensive healthcare finance experience.

Brian is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Political Science from Grove City College. He is a member of the Baltimore Chapter of the Commercial Finance Association as well as the Chesapeake Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.
